The contractor shall provide Annual Maintenance Services for Computers & IT peripherals held at various offices of NHQ, New Delhi for a period of three years, further extendable subject to satisfactory services provided by the contractor and mutual consent of Buyer and Seller. The vendor will be responsible for maintenance of all IT assets which are connected on NUD and also those assets which are not connected to LAN in different locations within the scope of services required in this Bid.
